For as long as I could remember, books have been a big part of my life. I have read everything from children's picture books, chapter books, classics, middle grade, young adult, new adult, and I have created an immense view about these books and I would love to share them with you! With that said, I am proud to announce a project I have been working long and hard on: The Book Collective by Serena Archer.
The Book Collective is a book club to a few honorary members of my private Facebook group (access that here), and is a reviewing service to anyone getting into the world of reading, or just to create an environment where we share our bookish opinions.
The Book Collective book club will have a new book every month that you can choose to read along to. Of course, I will be reading this book and creating a report to review on my podcast and YouTube channel. The best thing about the Facebook group is that I get to talk to every single one of you! We get to share where we are in the story, we can cry, laugh, and gasp at plot twists together!
Don't have Facebook? Don't fret! You can still view the podcast on platforms where podcasts are available and you can watch the video on YouTube. The podcast and YouTube video will be the same review that the book club members get, but without the exclusive content of reading along with me.
We will be starting in January with the book: The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller. Why am I doing this? I know, this book is a formula for the water works. But I need to finish it and would love for you to join me.
Every week, I will be posting a video/podcast of a book review. This will be my honest, but respectful review of the book and my final rating. On January 1, I will be releasing the first podcast and YouTube video and we will continue on from there.
